Ski touring

Climb with skins, ski back down

Mulhacén Aventura, with over 25 years of experience in Sierra Nevada, offers ski touring: private lessons, an introductory course, and guided routes to the mountain range's main peaks. It's a different way to experience the mountains: you climb with skins to the summit and ski back down, in a high-mountain setting that goes well beyond the pistes.

Each option suits a different moment: the private lesson is for learning or improving technique with direct attention; the introductory course packs what you need to get started into two days; and the guided routes take you, once you have experience, to the summit of peaks like Mulhacén or Veleta.

Which one to choose depends on your previous experience and what you're aiming for. You can see the detail of each option below.

Private ski touring lessons

A private ski touring lesson is a session built only for your group, never shared with other customers. Unlike a guided route to a specific peak, here you set the goal: learning the technique for climbing with skins, improving your off-piste descent, or simply building confidence before taking on a longer route.

Being a private lesson, the pace and content adapt to your real level and that of your group, with direct attention throughout the session, just like the rest of the school's private lessons, but applied to ski touring technique.

The price is the same as our private ski lessons.
